We look across the whole business, then prioritise feasible AI and data projects in a design-thinking session.
We estimate the return, map the stakeholders, and write a concrete step plan in the official end report.

Once the roadmap is clear, the build can follow with KMO Groeisubsidies support. That is where we turn the plan into working tools.
